Femme Fit 2013 Officially Sanctioned!

So how fast are you really?

Ready to break a real world record?    Femme Fit 2013 is officially sanctioned by USA Track & Field.  The sanction is a contract, which evidences the event's commitment to follow national and international rules and regulations of the sport.

Femme Fit 2013 will be using the Finish Lynx timing system to record all running events and the 100 meter sprint times.  We will have photo finish video and picture to ensure the most accurate event timing, and to see just how fast you really are.

The 100 meter dash is the shortest common outdoor running distance, it is one of the most popular and prestigious events in the sport of athletics. It has been contested at the Summer Olympics since 1896 (1928 for women). Flo Jo, considered the "fastest woman of all time" set the women's world record over 20 years ago!
